Everything you need to know about the course

Absolutely! The 100-hour program is specifically designed for beginners who want to build a strong foundation in yoga. Our experienced teachers will guide you through every step, from basic postures to breathing techniques. No prior experience is necessary.

The 100-hour course provides a solid foundation and allows you to start teaching at a beginner level. However, Yoga Alliance requires 200 hours for full RYT certification. You can later complete our 100-hour advanced module to achieve the full 200-hour certification.

The course fee includes shared accommodation, three daily vegetarian meals, all study materials, certification upon completion, yoga props, and weekend excursions. Airport pickup can be arranged for an additional fee.

The course is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. We start gently and gradually build strength and flexibility. Our teachers provide modifications for each pose, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

We have a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made 30+ days before the start date receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior receive a 50% refund. Please contact us for special circumstances.

The 100-hour course is a 2-week foundation program covering yoga basics, while the 200-hour is a comprehensive 4-week teacher training. The 100-hour is perfect if you have limited time or want to test the waters before committing to the full certification program.
