No prior yoga experience is required! Our retreats are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Teachers provide modifications and variations to suit your individual needs and abilities.
The main differences are duration and depth. The 3-day retreat is perfect for a quick reset, the 5-day allows deeper practice and transformation, while the 7-day provides complete immersion with additional activities like Ayurvedic massage and extended excursions.
All our retreats include accommodation, three vegetarian meals daily, yoga classes, meditation sessions, excursions, and materials. The 5-day and 7-day retreats also include Ayurvedic massage. Airport pickup can be arranged for an additional fee.
Many of our students come alone and find it incredibly rewarding! Solo retreat-goers often form deep connections with other participants. We create a supportive, welcoming environment where everyone feels included and comfortable.
Bring comfortable yoga clothes, layers for varying temperatures, toiletries, any personal medications, a notebook, sunscreen, and an open heart! We provide yoga mats, props, linens, and towels. We'll send you a detailed packing list upon booking.
